New fields show order origination and total taxable amounts
A new optional field for an order, channel, can show where orders originated from. The channel attribute consists of two values,name (string) and source (URL). For example, name can be something like "Twitter" and source can be the URL of a tweet "https://twitter.com/hybriskiwis/status/707599225782214656".A new field, taxable, added to the taxLine, represents the total taxable amount for each line.
