Now you can use a new service with the GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE methods to configure SAP GUI for HTML for the Engagement Center. The endpoint of this new service is /{tenant}/sapguihtml.

To integrate SAP GUI for HTML in the Engagement Center, you must maintain this data:

  • SAP GUI for HTML URLs
  • WebSocket URLs
  • View types (DISPLAY, SEARCH, CREATE, or EDIT)
  • Keys of the business document type for the view types
