Currently, you can configure multiple tax providers for a single site. The Cart Calculation service was calculating taxes by using the tax settings of the first tax provider you created. This calculation was incorrect. Now Cart Calculation service will check the multiple tax providers and use the Active tax for that particular site when completing the calculation.
