When navigating through a website, consumers get in contact with various assets such as web pages, videos, and fact sheets. Some of these assets may carry information about the consumer's interests. The new enricher persists all those asset interactions in a customer's profile and creates and maintains affinities, which this profile has towards these assets and interests.
In addition, when provided with an address, email data, or phone number, this enricher can add that information to a customer's profile, too.
This enricher is part of the Profile Core Services package. To use this additional enricher, refresh your subscription to this package.
