New Loyalty Analytics service
Use the new Loyalty Analytics service to retrieve loyalty member data from the SAP Hybris Profile solution for your loyalty program. Loyalty programs allow merchants to communicate offers and coupons, and to provide points-based membership activities, to registered consumers. You can use the service to retrieve loyalty member data from SAP Hybris Profile in order to analyze member behaviors and engage more directly with consumers.
The Loyalty Analytics service allows you to:
- Retrieve the activity score of a loyalty member by member ID from SAP Hybris Profile.
- Retrieve the list of all the members within a range of activity scores.
